With beds for up to 18 people, including two bedrooms and a dormitory, everyone will have a comfortable place to sleep. As our guest, you will also have access to a delightful sauna chalet, perfect for relaxation. During the summer months, we even offer the option to rent a charming trailer on our premises.

With three bathrooms and three toilets, there will be no shortage of convenience for all guests. The highlight of our property is the large private swimming pool, measuring 5 by 10 meters, where you can cool off and have fun. Set on 15 acres of picturesque woodlands and meadows, complete with a fishpond, our property offers a serene and natural environment.

For those who enjoy camping, feel free to bring all your camping materials and set up a cozy campsite on our grounds. Additionally, we have a bowling area available for petanque enthusiasts. We happily welcome pets, ensuring that your furry friends can join in on the fun too.

If you are planning a private event, our 62m² hall is at your disposal. We also provide private parking space for up to 50 cars, making it convenient for all your guests. Located just two hours from Paris, our property offers easy access and a peaceful getaway. The 500m² courtyard with lush green lawn provides ample space for outdoor activities.

Directions

Directions from Paris:

1. Start by taking either the A6 or N118 to the A10.
2. Continue on the A10 until you reach the A11 motorway.
3. At km228, take exit n° 11 (Durtal).
4. After the toll exit, you'll come across a roundabout. Take the right side towards Durtal.
5. Keep going straight until you reach a T intersection. Turn right towards Baugé.
6. Follow the road, passing a castle on your right and crossing a bridge.
7. After approximately 200 meters past the bridge, you'll see a hotel/restaurant named "La Boule d'or" on the left side.
8. Just after the hotel, turn left to continue towards Baugé.
9. After about 1.5km, turn left again to head towards "les Rairies".
10. Follow this road, crossing over "les Rairies" and entering a small wood.
11. After a few kilometers, you'll come across a ranch called "ferme du Tertre" on the left side. Keep going.
12. After the ranch, take the second road on the right, approximately 500 meters after the ranch.
13. Follow this road for 500 meters, continuing when it forms a right angle towards the left.
14. "The Petite Richardière" will be the first house on the left side.
