Additionally, it is conveniently located only 60km from the vibrant city of La Rochelle. Originally an ancient farm, this 130m2 property underwent a complete renovation in 2002. The restoration was carefully executed to preserve the traditional architecture of the region while creating a comfortable and inviting country home. Thanks to the fuel-fired central heating, the gîte can be enjoyed throughout the year. Whether you choose to stay for a weekend, a week, or longer, the duration of your visit is entirely flexible.
