This spacious gite offers a large living room complete with a fully equipped kitchenette to ensure your comfort. The kitchenette includes a fridge/freezer, induction plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary dishes. The living area features a table with 5 chairs, a comfortable sofa bed with a mattress, 1 armchair, and a TV with DVD player and WIFI access.

The gite also includes a generously sized bedroom with a 140 bed and an additional 90 bed. The beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided (please bring your own towels for the pool). The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet.

For your convenience, the laundry area is equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and all necessary cleaning supplies. Guests also have access to a 4000m2 park, playground, bicycles, and outdoor games. Additionally, there is a shared pool measuring 5x10m2, heated from June to September and treated with sea salt for a chlorine-free experience. The pool area also includes a hot shower and toilet.

Directions

If you are traveling from the northern part of France, we recommend taking the A87 motorway from Angers-Cholet and then continuing on the A83 motorway. Take exit 8 towards La Rochelle at Fontenay le Comte.
For those coming from the southern part of France, take the A11 and shortly after passing Niort, join the A83 motorway. From there, take exit 8 towards La Rochelle at Fontenay le Comte.
Our location is just 5 km away from junction 8 of the A83, making it extremely convenient for travelers.
