Renovated vacation rental in the Vendee region, only 17km away from the sea, lake, and beach just 1km away. We offer two apartments, each accommodating up to 4 people, both labeled CléVacances. Located in a medieval village, which is ranked as a "Small City of Character," our rental is conveniently close to the beach and the village center.

The apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, freezer, fridge, and washing machine. There is also a TV for entertainment. The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed (140 cm) with pillows and blankets, while an alcove provides bunk beds. The apartment has a shower and WC. Additional amenities include electric heating, television, and internet access (WiFi). Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a fixed individual BBQ. Private parking is available within the residence.

We accept holiday checks and are labeled Clévacances 1clé Prefectural 2*. Our rates for 2021/2022 are as follows:
- Very Low season: 240 euro/week
- Low season: 260 euro/week
- June and September: 280 euro/week
- High season: 400 euro/week
- Peak season: 460 euro/week
