The kitchen area is equipped with a large fridge/freezer, a hob, a combi oven/microwave, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee machine, cutlery, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The bathroom includes a toilet and a walk-in shower (measuring 140x80). Additionally, the studio comes with a parking space.

The location is conveniently situated at the edge of cycle paths and is 2 km away from the town center, which features a market and shopping centers. The studio is available for weekly rentals or a minimum stay of 2 nights. Adult tourist tax must be paid on-site according to the current rates.
