Our charming house is located just 10 minutes from the city center of Nantes and only a 5-minute walk from the Pont Rousseau station, providing convenient access to tram and bus services. Situated near a bustling shopping street, our neighborhood offers a peaceful retreat that is just steps away from the beautiful river Sevre. You'll be pleasantly surprised to find that our small house is tucked away from the street, creating a sense of privacy and tranquility.

Upon entering through the blue gate, you will discover a cozy 28 m² house that was built in 2013 in compliance with the highest standards. The shared garden, currently being developed, features a delightful assortment of aromatic and medicinal plants. Inside, the front door opens into a bright and sunlit living room that faces south. To the right, you'll find a discreetly equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, combi microwave oven, ceramic hob, and fridge with a freezer compartment. The living area boasts a comfortable 2-seater sofa and a coffee table, perfect for relaxation.

For your convenience, we have provided a range of amenities, including a flat screen TV with an orange box, telephone, wifi connection, and a stereo. An office space separates the living room from the toilet and bathroom, which is equipped with an Italian-style shower. A staircase located near the front door leads to the mezzanine sleeping area, where you'll find a cozy bed measuring 160x200 and a clock radio. Our cottage comfortably accommodates 2 people, with the option of adding a baby cot upon request.

To ensure a hassle-free stay, we provide freshly made beds upon your arrival, along with towels and linens. We also offer a selection of complimentary products, such as coffee, tea, condiments, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper. Additionally, we have a parking space available in a nearby residence, located within 100 meters.

We are fluent in English and German, making communication easy for international guests. If desired, we can provide a delicious breakfast basket for an additional fee of 6 euros per person.

With the city center of Nantes just a short tram ride away and the airport and train station within a 15-minute drive, our location is ideal for exploring the vibrant city.
