Welcome to the tranquil "Villa Saint Antoine" in Saint Antoine de Ficalba, located in the heart of Lot et Garonne. Overlooking the picturesque Lot valley from the Serres Country plateaus, Florence and Jean-Marc invite you to their residence all year round. Situated halfway between Villeneuve sur Lot (10 kms) and Agen (20 kms), this quiet retreat offers the perfect getaway.The family room "White Fig" can accommodate up to 4 people, making it ideal for two couples or a family. The room comprises of two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a 140 bed, TV, and WIFI. The shared bathroom with WC adds to the convenience. Enjoy your private covered terrace, complete with garden furniture, and take in the serene surroundings.
From May to September, you can make use of the owners' pool, which is closed and secured by gates. The enclosed garden spanning 2100 m² provides ample space for relaxation. Indulge in a delicious breakfast featuring local, seasonal produce, served on the covered terrace overlooking the pool and the valley. Alternatively, you can relax in the large living room of our house.
For golf enthusiasts, we offer the option to book your green fee. Jean-Marc, an avid golfer, provides a trolley bag for your convenience. Additionally, two bikes are available for leisurely walks or bike rides along the nearby GR 652 footpaths.
Explore the charming village of Pujols, honored as one of the most beautiful villages in France, or visit the historic walled town of Villeneuve sur Lot (10 kms) and Agen (19 kms). In Saint Antoine de Ficalba, you will find a variety of restaurants and shops to cater to your needs.

It features two bedrooms furnished with two cozy beds (size 140), a desk, a wardrobe, a linen storage area, a dresser, a TV, and WIFI for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower. Additionally, a private terrace adorned with garden furniture awaits you, providing a tranquil spot to relax.The gite also grants access to a communal swimming pool, where you can cool off and unwind. For families with children, there are delightful amenities such as swings and slides available on the spacious 2100m² plot. Furthermore, you can park your vehicle securely in the closed parking area.

Villa Saint Antoine
Nous sommes venus en famille dans cette très jolie villa et nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour. La maison est très charmante, l'accueil est formidable et chaleureux, le petit-déjeuner est juste excellent, les chambres sont spacieuses et au calme, la décoration est très soignée et réalisée avec beaucoup de goût. Bref, cet endroit est idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances et d'excellents moments avec des hôtes très accueillants. Encore merci Florence et Jean-Marc pour cet inoubliable séjour... Au plaisir de vous rendre visite à nouveau.

Un accueil formidable, des chambres exceptionnelles et un petit déjeuner gargantuesque et excellent...bref, que du bonheur !!! Florence et Jean-Marc, ne changez rien, c'est parfait. Villa Saint Antoine
Nous avons eu la chance d'être avec mon mari les premiers hôtes de cette Villa. Accueil chaleureux, repos absolu au calme et petit déjeuner dantesque. La région est superbe d'autant plus que nous avions le soleil. Seul petit regret, pas possible d'utiliser la magnifique piscine en ces vacances de Pâques. Nous vous recommandons cette adresse sans aucune restriction.

Follow the signs for "Résidence Saint Antoine" and proceed to the retarder road on the right (entering the residence). Take the first left onto rue Sabine Sicaud, where you will find the villa at No. 3.

At the school, turn left and follow the signs for "Résidence Saint Antoine." Continue on the road and take the right turn at the retarder (entering the residence). Then, take the first left onto rue Sabine Sicaud, where the villa is located at No. 3.
