Welcome to the Pinot Black cottage at Clos de Guignes, a charming old winery with a rich history. Dating back to the seventeenth century, this estate in Tavers (45) is a part of the Loire Valley's captivating past. Once home to monks from the diocese of Meung-sur-Loire, this place was known for producing wine that graced the royal tables, especially loved by Louis XIII himself.As you enter the large farmhouse, now adorned with roses, you will discover the vineyards that surround it, leading to a beautifully landscaped garden. This garden is yours to explore, with hidden corners where hens roam freely. At Clos de Guignes, tranquility and relaxation await you, with a heated pool and spa located near the inviting pergola. If the weather permits, take a moment of rest in the cabin by the river or try your hand at fishing. Keep an eye out for deer frolicking in the woods or pheasants wandering about.
Our warm and welcoming hosts are always ready to assist you with a smile. The Pinot Black cottage is located in one of the outbuildings of our home, ensuring your independence and peace during your stay. We are delighted to offer you all the amenities of our site and its surroundings. Please note that the attic space with two single beds may not be suitable for elderly guests. The cottage is ideal for families with children or groups of friends.
The Pinot Black Gite is conveniently located just ten minutes from Beaugency station and 150km from Paris. From here, you can easily explore the Loire, a UNESCO World Heritage site, either on foot from the cottage or with the bicycles provided for your use. The famous vineyards and chateaux of the Loire, such as Chambord, Blois, and Meung-sur-Loire, are just a short drive away. For more adventurous activities, you can visit the Beauval Zoo or enjoy tree climbing in Sologne or karting in Wed.

Directions
To reach Ocean-Chambord, take exit 16 on the A10/E05/E60 and continue for 11 km. If you are heading towards Meung-sur-Loire-Beaugency, take exit 15 and proceed for 12 km. After that, follow the N152 towards Tavers and Centre Bourg.
