Additionally, golf facilities are located just 1 km away, while the stunning beaches are a mere 15 km distance.Our ground floor flat, recently renovated, is a delightful self-contained unit within a villa. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and we can provide a baby cot upon request. The flat features a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern shower room. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.
Parking is available and, under certain conditions, guests can enjoy access to the pool. We also offer babysitting services upon request. Please note that we do not allow animals or smoking on the premises.
Our multilingual staff is fluent in English, German, French, and Polish, ensuring clear communication during your stay. The flat is available for weekly rentals, with rates as follows: 600 euros per week in July and August, 500 euros per week in June and September, and 450 euros per week during other months. A deposit of 300 euros is required.

Welcome to our newly renovated ground floor flat in Mouans Sartoux, located on the beautiful French Riviera between Cannes and Grasse, the capital of perfumes. With its stunning panoramic views, this self-contained flat is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation.The flat comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, and we can provide a baby cot upon request. Conveniently located, our flat is just a 15-minute walk to the town center, train station, and bus terminal. The Nice airport is only 20 minutes away, making it easily accessible. Golf facilities are just 1 km away, and the nearest beaches are 15 km away.
Parking is available for your convenience, and there is a pool on the premises, subject to certain conditions. If you need a babysitter during your stay, we can arrange that for you. Please note that we do not allow animals and smoking is prohibited.

Directions
To get to the destination, take the A8 highway towards Nice/Aix. Take exit 42 for Cannes centre, Mouans Sartoux, and Grasse. Once on the expressway, take the fourth exit towards Mouans Sartoux. At the roundabout, make a left turn and follow the signs for 'Centre Ville' and 'Gare' (train station). Continue on this road towards Valbonne/Plascassier. The house is situated just 3 minutes away from the center of Mouans Sartoux.
