Situated at the crossroads of three stunning regions, this cottage is the perfect base for exploring Pays de Loire, Brittany, and Normandy. Discover the picturesque Pontmain, a stage on the paths to Mont Saint Michel. Take a leisurely stroll through the Oblate Park with its ancient trees, which serves as the starting point for various hiking trails. Don't miss the opportunity to admire the magnificent Mausson Castle, the Pontmain Basilica, or the medieval fortress of Fougeres.

The cottage features an open-plan kitchen connected to a cozy living room with a sofa bed, as well as a toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find two single beds on a mezzanine, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160) and a crib, a shower room, and another toilet. Stay connected with the provided WIFI connection.

Outside, you will have an independent entrance and a private, fenced garden. Enjoy your time outdoors with the provided garden furniture, table tennis, and barbecue facilities. Additionally, there is a 20m² annex room available for storing bicycles and children's games. Small dogs are welcome upon request.
