The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge area, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a color TV, and a small freezer. Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue for outdoor cooking, a sandpit, and a swing, all set on a spacious 3,000m² ground surrounded by chestnut trees. For your comfort, the gite also has electric central heating.

Situated just 500m away from the village at an altitude of 380m, this gite offers tranquility and a chance to immerse yourself in nature. There is also a communal fishing pond just 700m away. For those seeking more activities, CHAMBERY Poncharal is only 5km away and offers swimming, pedal boating, and fishing.
