Our three rooms have access to a private lounge area measuring 16m2. This lounge area provides direct access to the outside through a staircase leading to the shared areas including the garden, terrace, barbecue, and pool. Each room can accommodate 2 people and is equipped with a double bed measuring 140x190, an LCD TV, free WiFi access, desks, and storage units. The bathrooms are separate and private.

Depending on the number of people traveling together, we offer three different suites. Suite Louis includes 1 bedroom and 1 living room, accommodating 2 persons in a space measuring 29m2. The price per night for this suite is 90-95. Suite Alexander includes 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, accommodating 3-4 persons in a space measuring 43m2. The price per night for this suite is 150-170. Suite Marie includes 3 bedrooms and 1 living room, accommodating 5-6 people in a space measuring 57m2. The price per night for this suite is 200-225. Each suite has its own bathrooms with a bathtub, shower room, and separate toilet.

We offer a complimentary gourmet breakfast served from 8 to 9:30 am. You can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace shaded by wisteria or in the family dining room. Our breakfast includes homemade yogurts, jams, and pastries made from local products. We also provide breads, pastries, fresh fruit, organic fruit juice, and honey directly from local producers.

Relax in our fenced garden filled with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants, and take a dip in our heated swimming pool measuring 8m x 4m. We have a barbecue area equipped with a griddle, fridge, microwave oven, and coffee maker. Additionally, a picnic table is available if you prefer to have your evening meal in the garden. If you need recommendations for nearby restaurants, we would be happy to assist you.

We provide bicycles, outdoor games, and board games for your entertainment. Additionally, we offer a guided tour of a vineyard called "Côtes du Roussillon Villages" led by a passionate winemaker who loves his land. After the visit, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a free wine tasting. Please note that the vineyard tour requires a reservation at least 72 hours in advance and costs 5 per person. The visit typically lasts for 2 hours.

Mas au calme, à 15 mn de Perpignan, dans l'arrière-pays. Accueil des plus chaleureux. Des spécialités maison à déguster et des propriétaires très disponibles. Martine et Bernard
