Description:

Description for B&B:

I propose a rejuvenation of the melody of birds in a cozy B&B accommodation for 2/4 individuals, similar to a "chalet," providing comfortable bedding, a luxurious marble shower, basin, and toilet. This accommodation is completely separate from the main house, offering a panoramic view of 100% natural surroundings and hills.

Welcome to Opio, where you can discover the beauty of our region, which combines sunshine, the sea, and mountains. This charming Provencal village is located in a peaceful area, only 5 minutes away from Valbonne, 10 minutes from Grasse, and 20 minutes from Cannes. It is also close to Club Med Opio and various golf courses such as Opio/Valbonne, Mougins, and Mandelieu. You will find shops and restaurants conveniently located nearby.

The independent room, separate from the main house, features a comfortable double bed and bunk beds measuring 90 cm. The bathroom includes a spacious Italian marble shower, washbasin, toilet, heated towel rail, and hairdryer. Amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, Wi-Fi connection, and a cot are also provided. Outside, you can relax on deck chairs, enjoy the garden furniture, let your children have fun on the trampoline, or play table tennis. Depending on the season, you may also have access to the swimming pool. Beds will be made upon your arrival, and towels and final cleaning are included.

Your car will be safely parked under the carport, within the fully fenced property.

Start your day on the right note with a delicious and balanced breakfast, tailored to your preferences. It can be enjoyed in your room, on the terrace, or in the common living room. The breakfast will consist of fresh, homemade products, including cakes, slices of baguettes topped with butter and jam, as well as dairy products and fresh juices.

The B&B is meticulously cleaned, and the linens are carefully washed and ironed, ensuring an impeccable stay.

As a skilled cook, I can also prepare full picnic baskets and Provencal dishes upon request, depending on my availability. You can choose to enjoy these meals on the terrace or inside, depending on the weather and your preference.

Upon your arrival, I will provide you with advice and information about the area.

I guarantee a prompt response to any inquiries via email, and I am available to assist you 7 days a week. I look forward to meeting and welcoming you.
