Cannes City B & B is a cozy guest house located in the western area of Cannes, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. It is also conveniently situated 12 minutes away by bus from the festival palace and the old town.

We have two comfortable rooms available, equipped with various amenities and services to ensure a pleasant stay.

Every morning, we serve a delicious breakfast that includes a variety of homemade items such as breads, yogurt, jams, fresh fruit salad, and pastries. Additionally, we offer cereals and pastries. During the months of April to September, we invite you to enjoy your breakfast on our balcony, creating a truly magical experience.

In addition to our comfortable accommodations, we provide a range of services that are included in the price. These amenities include bathrobes, toiletries, access to a washing machine and dryer, bicycles, linens, as well as tea, coffee, still water, and sparkling water.

We take great pride in our warm and friendly hospitality, ensuring that you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. We are always happy to engage in conversation and share local knowledge, enabling you to discover the beauty of our region. We also offer a wide selection of brochures and local information to assist you during your stay.

How to get to our house:

From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport:

1 - By bus Airport Express:

- From Nice: buses run between 8am and 11pm.
- From Cannes bus station: buses run between 7am and 8pm.

Once you arrive at the terminal bus station in Cannes, take bus 1, 2, or 20 to the market place of Cannes La Bocca (about a 10-minute ride). If it's possible for us (I work during the day), I can come and pick you up from the station for free (please ask me by email).

Price: €20 one way or €30 round trip
Total travel time: approximately 1.5 hours

2 - By limousine service:

Price: approximately €100 for one trip
Total travel time: about 40 minutes

3 - By train (TER):

- From Nice: trains run between 5:44am and 11:47pm.
- From Cannes: trains run between 5:30am and 11:30pm.

Price: ranging from €5.80 to €9.60 for one trip

From Terminal 1, take the free shuttle to gate A0 and get off at the "Arénas" stop. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to the train station:

- Cross Avenue Lindbergh and turn left (lycée hôtelier Paul Augier).
- Turn right onto Boulevard René Cassin until you reach the traffic light.
- Cross on the left, under the SNCF bridge (route de Grenoble), and turn right onto Avenue Edouard Grinda to reach the train station.

Take the train to Cannes La Bocca station and then follow the main road to the city center (avenue Francis Tonner) on your left. It will take about 15 minutes to reach the house on foot. If possible, I can pick you up with the car for free at the train station (please ask me by email).

Total travel time: approximately 2 hours

4 - By our home-made pickup service:

I can pick you up at the airport at your arrival time. I will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name after the luggage delivery area.

Contribution costs: €30 (for gas, tolls, etc.). The airport is about 35 km away from the house.

Please ask me by email, as this service is only possible if I am not working during your arrival time.

Train station:

Cannes La Bocca station: provides connections to various destinations from Italy to Marseille (it's very easy to reach Nice center in 35 minutes, Monaco center in 60 minutes, St Tropez center in 45 minutes, and Antibes center in 15 minutes...). You can also take a train to Vintimille, the closest Italian city, for the big Friday market in 1 hour and 15 minutes from Cannes.
