With a spacious living area measuring 75m2, it has been fully converted into a charming and cozy living space. The apartment comes fully furnished and equipped with everything you may need during your stay. It features two large bedrooms, and if you are traveling with a baby, we can provide free baby equipment upon request. The property also boasts an enclosed garden, perfect for outdoor gatherings with a BBQ area and cellars. Pets are allowed, and we offer free unlimited WIFI for your convenience. Additionally, our staff speaks English, and we even have a teapot waiting for you! We are confident that you will absolutely love your stay here!

This charming gite can accommodate a maximum of 5 people plus 1 baby, with a generous surface area of 75 m2. Upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms, including one that connects to another room. The ground floor features a newly renovated living room and open kitchen, a bathroom with an Italian shower, and a separate toilet.

The first bedroom upstairs offers a comfortable double bed (160x200), a TV lounge, and a DVD player. The second bedroom has three single beds (90x190), which can be arranged according to your preference. We can also provide a baby cot upon request.

The gite is equipped with modern amenities such as WI-FI, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, a microwave, a Senseo coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a ceramic hob, and a multifunctional food processor.

Outside, you can enjoy the garden furniture, relax in the enclosed garden, and use the electric barbecue (plancha) for outdoor meals. There is also a secure room available for bicycles and repairs, as well as private parking in the common courtyard shared with the owners.

For entertainment, we offer board games, table football, and a library filled with books for all ages, including regional and novels.

If you are traveling with a baby, we are happy to provide necessary equipment such as a cot, high chair, and changing mat. Bed linen and towels are included in our rates, and the beds will be made upon your arrival.

We warmly welcome your furry friends, however, please note that a contract may be required.
