This cottage can comfortably accommodate 5 to 6 people in its spacious 110 m² area. The living room, measuring 30 m², is equipped with a TV, DVD player, and mini CD radio for your entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, 1 hotplate, 3 gas fireplaces, a refrigerator, and a fireplace with a wood stove.

There are two bedrooms available - one with a 160 x 200 bed and another with two beds measuring 90 x 190 each. Additionally, there is an independent room with a 140 x 190 bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet.

For your convenience, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron table, washbasin, and an additional toilet. The cottage also features a terrace with a lovely view of the garden and the castle. The private garden, measuring 110 m², is fenced and includes garden furniture and a barbecue for your outdoor enjoyment.

Furthermore, a garage is available for your use. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the cottage and pets are not accepted.

Directions

To reach the destination, follow these revised travel directions:
Start by taking exit 15 from the A75 motorway. After exiting, make a left turn towards St Germain Lembron. Then, take a right turn towards Boudes and continue on that route until you reach Chalus. Upon reaching the entrance of Chalus, you will find the house located behind the barn with a red porch.
