Annex 43 is situated at the base of the Guérande ramparts, providing a comfortable living space with a television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all necessary dishes and utensils. The bedroom features a spacious king size bed (160), and the bathroom includes a walk-in shower and toilet. Guests have direct access to a terrace furnished with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a plancha, as well as access to the garden.Included in the rental are freshly made bed linen upon arrival, shower sheets, towels, and kitchen linen. Additionally, guests have access to a private parking space and WIFI.
Please note that access to the laundrette is not included and comes at an additional cost of 3.5. Visitors tax is also not included.
Pets are not allowed, and the accommodation is strictly non-smoking.
The rental period is a minimum of two nights, and during July and August, rentals are only available from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in is available from 15:00, and check-out is required by 10:00.
