This furnished apartment is situated on the first floor of a villa, offering a southwest exposure and a private terrace. It also provides convenient private parking. The apartment includes all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, with sheets and towels provided. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

The apartment features two rooms, one facing east and the other southwest, both equipped with a double bed. The bathroom, located between the two rooms, consists of a bath, a sink, and a washing machine. Additionally, there is a functional kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, a 4 ring hob, and a dishwasher.

The dining room-living room area faces south and offers a stunning view through the pine forest towards the sea. It is furnished with a sofa and a TV. Outside, there is a terrace in the garden, perfectly situated to enjoy the southwest view of the Gulf through the pine forest.
