This detached house, restored in 2011, offers approximately 100m² of living space on the ground floor, providing all the necessary amenities for your comfort and an ideal setting for relaxation. The house boasts a beautiful interior decor.

For those who seek peace and a connection with nature, this characterful home is nestled in the heart of a small Corrèze hamlet, close to the stunning Gorges of the Dordogne. The house maintains its original charm with thick stone walls, an inglenook fireplace, and a traditional bassière. Exposed beams and a slate roof add to the rustic appeal.

The 30m² living room centers around the traditional inglenook fireplace, equipped with a stove. Here, you'll find a large plasma TV, DVD player, and stereo system. New additions include wireless internet access.

The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with an oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils. A laundry room is also available.

The house features three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a double bed and a single bed (wrought iron sofa), and a small room with a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with two basins and a bath with a tropical rain shower. A separate toilet is also available.

Baby equipment, such as a cot, highchair, bath, changing mat, potty, and bottle warmer, is provided for your convenience.

Well-behaved pets are allowed, but please inform the owner at the time of booking. The house is non-smoking, and guests are kindly requested to use the provided ashtrays if they smoke.

The large 2000m² garden is enclosed by a dry stone wall and offers various amenities, including two lounges, a parasol, a barbecue, a playground, and a badminton court.

Our house warmly welcomes families and friends for a memorable vacation. Depending on your preferences, you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday or engage in various sports and exciting discoveries.

Nearby attractions include Sédières Castle, Gimel waterfalls, Argentat-sur-Dordogne, a medieval discovery center in Egletons, Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne, Tours de Merle, a medieval farm in Xaintrie, the President Chirac museum in Sarran, and Tulle. If you venture a bit further, you can visit the Aubazine Monks' Canal, Collonges-la-Rouge, Curemonte, Turenne, Padirac, Pompadour, Rocamadour, Lascaux Cave, the Natural Park of Auvergne Volcanoes, Sarlat, Figeac, Salers, and Aurillac.
