The house itself dates back to the 16th century and features exposed beams and large windows, giving it a unique and character-filled atmosphere. The apartment has been renovated in April 2012 and includes parking for your convenience.

Situated only 100 meters away from the Koifhus Christmas market (Old Customs House site) and a stone's throw away from Little Venice and the Market Hall, you'll be in the heart of all the action. The train station is just a 20-minute walk away, and the first ski resorts are a mere 45 minutes away. Golf enthusiasts will be pleased to know that the renowned Golf Ammerschwihr is only 20 minutes away as well.

Inside the apartment, you'll find a bright and peaceful space measuring 40 m². It includes a comfortable bedroom, a bathroom, a hallway with storage room, and a kitchen that combines modern amenities with traditional Alsatian charm. Enjoy beautiful views of the Covered Market and Little Venice from the apartment. Gas heating ensures a cozy stay.

The accommodation is furnished with 2 beds measuring 90X190, treated with anti-mite protection. High-quality sheets, woven by a master weaver from Alsace, are provided. The bathroom includes a bath-shower, a sink, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with brand appliances, including a fridge, an induction cooker, a hood, a microwave, an oven, a coffeemaker, and a kettle. Beautiful coordinated crockery, an iron, a vacuum cleaner, a smoke detector, a coffee table, and a dining table for 4 people are also provided. Entertainment options include a TV and a mini chain with a USB socket for listening to your favorite songs from your iPod.

The cottage boasts a meticulously decorated interior, and linen, coffee, and cleaning products are all supplied. A foldable baby bed is available for families with young children. Rest assured, a smoke detector is also installed for your safety.

During the Christmas markets from November 23rd to December 31st and in the months of July and August, the weekly rate is 490 euros, including expenses and sheets. Parking is also included in this price. In the months of January, February, October, and November (until the beginning of the Christmas markets), the weekly rate is 350 euros, also including expenses, sheets, and parking. For a 2-night weekend stay during these months, the rate is 170 euros. In the months of March, April, May, June, and September, the weekly rate is 420 euros, including expenses, sheets, and parking. For a 2-night weekend stay during these months, the rate is 190 euros. Nightly rentals are available for 70 euros, excluding the months of June, July, August, September, and December.

Please note that Anne also offers a second cottage measuring 95m² with 3 bedrooms located just 50 meters away from this cottage. It is possible to rent both cottages for a total capacity of 10 people.
