The gîte occupies a wing of the house, offering 88m² of comfortable living space. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room equipped with a double bed settee, a television, and a DVD player. The kitchen area is well-appointed with a sink, fridge, cooking hob, extracting fan, small oven, microwave oven, and ample storage space. Additionally, there is a spacious bathroom of approximately 12m², complete with a bath, wash basin, bidet, toilet, cupboards, and a washing machine.

Upstairs, you will find two charming bedrooms. The first bedroom spans approximately 12m² and features a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is approximately 24m² and offers a double bed, a chest of drawers, a built-in cupboard, a separate toilet, and the possibility to accommodate one extra person. Both bedrooms have access to a delightful veranda, measuring approximately 15m² and furnished as a cozy reading room. From the veranda, you can enjoy picturesque views of the Luberon through the bay window.

Outside, the gîte features a spacious 24m² terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, providing the perfect spot for outdoor dining and relaxation. Additionally, there is a magnificent 11x5.5m swimming pool facing south, allowing guests to bask in the Provençal sun and take refreshing dips in the crystal-clear water.

How to reach the "Moulin de Félix":
GPS Coordinates: Latitude 43°51'51'' N - Longitude 05°06'39'' E

1. Exit the A7 motorway at CAVAILLON, taking the way out number 25.
2. Drive through CAVAILLON and pass under the railway bridge. Follow the signs for "AVIGNONCARPENTRAS" and then "CLINIQUE SAINT ROCH" on the D15 road.
3. At the traffic lights, proceed straight ahead and continue on the D15 road for approximately 3 km until you reach the Plan de Robion and a roundabout with tall cypresses. Keep going straight.
4. About 800m ahead, on the left side of the road, you will come across a crossroad leading to the Camping des Cerisiers (Route de Lagnes). Continue straight ahead.
5. Drive past two old farmhouses on the right side of the road.
6. The Moulin de Félix is located 100m after the second farmhouse on the right side, just before a bridge over a canal. Look for big iron gates and olive trees below the road. There will be a cypress-lined lane leading to the house.
