Guests can also enjoy the stunning views from the on-site viewpoint (500m).

The cottage features 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, a fully equipped kitchen and living room, a washing machine, dishwasher, color TV, small freezer, microwave, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, sandpit, swing, and a spacious 3,000m² land surrounded by chestnut trees. The cottage is equipped with electric central heating and is conveniently located 500m from the village at an altitude of 380m. Guests can enjoy fishing in the communal pond located 700m away, and the Poncharal Lake, just 5km away, offers additional recreational activities such as swimming, pedal boating, and fishing.

Welcome to the charming cottages of JOEL and Marie-Laure in Correze. Located in ALLASSAC, "the chartroulle" cottage offers 120 square meters of space with three bedrooms, accommodating up to nine guests. With its three-star rating, this comfortable ground-level cottage is situated just four kilometers from the town, offering breathtaking views of the Vezere valley.

For those seeking a fishing retreat, we also have the "the gauliat" cottage in SAINT PARDOUX. This cozy cottage features two bedrooms, accommodating up to five guests, and spans 47 square meters. With its three-ear rating, it is fully equipped and just one kilometer away from all the amenities you need. Families with babies will appreciate the baby hug and the communal fishing pond.

During the season, guests can enjoy the adventure of mushroom and chestnut picking. Additionally, we extend an invitation to visit our farm and enjoy a free carriage ride for the entire family.
