The apartment has retained its original charm while offering modern comforts. It features a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a beautiful bathroom.

The Vieux-annex is a renovated house that showcases its reclaimed materials, including doors, windows, and parquet flooring. It is a restored gem that exudes elegance and history.

The mill has undergone extensive restoration, with the mechanism dating back to 1794. It was originally operated by local monks but had deteriorated over time. The millstone was wedged in place, and the remains of the structure were preserved.

The former water outlet now serves as an underground pool, flowing into a serene lagoon.

Experience peace and tranquility in the enchanting surroundings of the Le Mayne estate. You will be immersed in nature, secluded from the outside world, and surrounded by a serene forest along a quiet road.

This oasis of calm offers the opportunity for waterside walks and even a water walk in the Mayne itself. You can relax under the bridge on comfortable sofas, enjoying the soothing sounds of the waterfall and dipping your feet in the meandering water.
