We have a spacious triple bedroom with a lovely garden view, as well as a comfortable double bedroom. Additionally, there is a single sofa-bed available that can be placed in either of the bedrooms, and a cot for those traveling with a baby.

The bathroom is large and equipped with a toilet, washbasin, bathtub, and shower. For added convenience, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer available for use.

Our location offers a peaceful environment while also being conveniently close to the town center. Within walking distance, you will find a variety of shops including a butcher, bakery, grocery store, hairdressers, banks, cafes, restaurants, and the post office.

Lanvollon is ideally situated just 8 km away from the beautiful Plouha beach, and 12 km from Saint Quay Portrieux, which features a beach, port, and casino.

Please note that our loft is part of a property that includes two other rentals. We kindly ask that guests respect the tranquility and activities of others when using shared spaces such as parking, garden, and swimming pool.

Directions

To reach your destination from Saint Brieuc, proceed towards Lanvollon. Upon reaching the center of Lanvollon, go straight across the roundabout onto Rue Fardel. The location you are looking for will be on your left, specifically numbers 25-27.
