Additionally, it is only 5km away from the vibrant town of Brive La Gaillarde.

Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac path, this house is part of a collection of buildings surrounding a courtyard on a 15-hectare estate. This allows for safe walks in the nearby forest. The owners reside in a separate house on the opposite side of the courtyard.
