Welcome to Quillan, a spacious three bedroom self-catering holiday home in the south of France. This charming house sleeps 6 and is perfect for families, couples, or groups seeking a relaxing vacation or planning an activity-filled break. Weekly rates range between 400 and 500 euros.

Located in a peaceful street near the town center, the house offers a comfortable stay. It features three bedrooms: a double, family room, and single, along with a lounge/diner, well-equipped separate kitchen (including a washing machine and dishwasher), and a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a delightful sun terrace and a picturesque courtyard garden with a summer kitchen.

Conveniently, the house is just a short stroll away from restaurants, bars, shops, and an open air swimming pool. Ample parking is available, and there is a secure shed for storing bicycles. Accessing the one-euro trains and buses for Carcassonne and Perpignan is also effortless. Moreover, the area offers swimming lakes and hiking trails for outdoor enthusiasts.

The fully enclosed garden and terrace provide a safe environment for children or well-behaved pets.

For larger groups or guests with mobility impairments, an additional ground-floor bedsitting room with an ensuite bathroom and separate sun terrace is available for an extra cost. Please arrange this in advance. Short lets (minimum 3 nights) are possible, and we offer reduced rates for longer stays.

Directions

Quillan can be easily reached by car, train, or air. Conveniently, there are airports and major train stations in Carcassonne and Perpignan. From either of these locations, you can take advantage of the 1 euro train/bus service that will transport you to Quillan. Once you arrive at the train and bus station, it will only take you a few minutes to walk to the house. Detailed directions will be provided upon booking.
