The pool is also heated from April to November, ensuring year-round enjoyment.Inside the villa, comfort and tranquility take center stage. The air-conditioned property features a sauna and boasts a tasteful and refined decor. The house comprises four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own adjoining bathroom, including one large bathroom, three shower rooms, and one separate toilet. The well-equipped kitchen and elegant crockery provide everything needed to prepare enjoyable meals. The air-conditioned living room with a fireplace, combined with the American-style kitchen and abundant natural light, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.
