Welcome to our stunning new Provencal villa! With a spacious interior and exterior layout, this 100 m2 villa offers all the comfort you need for a relaxing vacation. The villa features 3 bedrooms, including one with a double bed (160), another with a queen bed (140), and the third with three single beds (90).

The large living room opens up to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas cooker piano-Godin with 5 burners, an oven, a large fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a normal espresso machine, and a microwave. The bathroom includes a shower, and there are two separate toilets. Outside, you can enjoy the terrace with umbrellas, a gas griddle, and a table tennis set (racquets and balls provided). Stay connected with our internet WIFI.

Surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation, our villa is situated on a large landscaped property. The highlight is our Californian mosaic pool, surrounded by a stunning 120 m2 terrace made of pink quartzite from Brazil. You can relax on the outdoor furniture, including a coffee table, chairs, and deckchairs. The terrace is enclosed by dry stone walls and wrought iron gates, offering a breathtaking 180° view of the Varois Mountains.

You will find yourself in the heart of Green Provence, conveniently located between the famous Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful Var coast. There are plenty of unique sites to explore, and each surrounding village, such as Tourtour, Cotignac, Salerno, Villecroze, Correns, Carcasses, Sillans Cascade, and Moustiers Ste Marie, offers authentic heritage and unspoiled beauty. If you prefer larger cities, Draguignan, Brignoles, and Toulon are easily accessible.

For leisure activities, you can go on tours to wineries and olive groves, enjoy kayaking, take scenic walks or horseback rides, go mountain biking, try various water sports, indulge in fishing, or play a game of petanque. The area offers endless possibilities for exploration and adventure. We provide various documentation on-site to help you plan your activities. If you prefer a more relaxed vacation, you can simply enjoy the idyllic atmosphere by the pool or under the pine trees.

In the village, you will find all the necessary shops and services, including a bakery, butcher, grocery store, fruit and vegetable market, bars, and restaurants, all in an authentic Provencal atmosphere. There are also other artisans, such as potters, to enhance your stay. Larger supermarkets, like Intermarché, Casino, and Lidl, can be found in the surrounding villages. Don't miss the Provencal markets on Sunday in Salerno, on Tuesday in Lorgues and Cotignac, and on Saturday in Carcès (with a night market on Thursday). A must-visit is the Cellars of ADMIRAL in Entrecasteaux.

Additional information: A 35% deposit is required upon booking, and a 500 euro deposit is required during the high season. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. We offer a package for end-of-stay cleaning for 75 euros, and rental of sheets, towels, and house essentials is available upon request. The pool is maintained by the owner. We accept holiday checks. Baby equipment is provided free of charge, and there are also amenities such as internet WIFI, ping pong, a swing, and children's games available.
