A CHARMING PROVENCAL HOUSE
Nestled in its own valley with breathtaking views of the vineyards, this delightful house was built in 1850 and is conveniently situated only 500 meters from the picturesque village of Cotignac (83570).

The house features a wonderful terrace where you can relax and soak up the sun or find shade. Additionally, there is a spacious covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining.

Spread across three floors, the house offers the following amenities:

- Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, electric cooking table & oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Laundry facilities are also available.
- The kitchen opens up to a dining area.
- The living room, located next to the dining area, is furnished with two very comfortable sofas.
- Three bedrooms: two with double beds and two with twin beds (mosquito nets are provided).
- One bathroom, one shower room, and one separate WC.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- Cleaning at the end of the stay: €60.
- Deposit: 1/3 of the rental price.
- Balance: to be paid one month before arrival.

Weekly rates range from €750 to €1300 depending on the season.

Welcome to Cotignac, a charming village in the heart of Provence. Our beautiful house, built in 1850, is nestled in its own valley with stunning views of the vineyards. Just 500 meters away, you'll find the lovely village of Cotignac (83570).

Relax and unwind on our delightful terrace, whether you prefer the shade or the sun. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a spacious covered terrace where you can enjoy al fresco dining.

Our house is spread over three floors. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, electric cooking table & oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and more. You'll also find a laundry machine in the laundry room. The kitchen opens up to the dining area, creating a seamless flow.

The living room, adjacent to the dining area, is furnished with two very comfortable sofas. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with mosquito nets. Additionally, there is one bathroom, one shower room, and a separate WC.

We provide bed linen and towels for your convenience. The cleaning at the end of your stay is available for an additional fee of 60€. A 1/3 deposit of the total rental amount is required, with the balance due one month before your arrival.

If you are coming from Aix-en-Provence, take the A8 motorway and exit at Brignoles. From there, follow the signs for Le Val, Montfort, and Cotignac.

If you are coming from Nice, take the A8 motorway and exit at Le Luc. Follow the signs for Le Thoronet, Carces, and Cotignac.

The nearest train station is Aix en Provence TGV, which is approximately a 50-minute drive away. Another option is the Draguignan - les Arcs train station.

The closest airports are Marseille, Nice, and Toulon/Hyères.
