Welcome to Villa Charlotte, conveniently located in downtown PORNICHET, just 250 meters away from the beach and spa. Our villa is situated right next to shops and the lively city center. We are proud to hold the CLEVACANCES label and accept Holiday checks.Our spacious villa can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. It features a fully-equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances including a cooking tray, washing dish, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, senseo, kettle, grill bread, dishes, and utensils. There is also a dining area with a modern table and chairs for you to enjoy your meals.
Relax in the cozy living room which includes a sofa, cabriolets, coffee table, furniture, TV, and hi-fi system. The villa also offers a bathroom with a large shower cabin and a washbasin, as well as a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find the first bedroom furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom features two bunk beds and a sleeping loft, along with a wardrobe.
Step outside onto the patio terrace where you can enjoy your meals with the provided garden furniture. There is also a plancha and deckchairs for your relaxation.
We provide additional amenities such as an iron, ironing board, and clotheshorse for your convenience. Central heating is available, and meter readings are taken during the winter period from October to May.
Rest assured, linen is included in your stay, and the beds will be made upon your arrival. We also provide towels, shower sheets, and kitchen towels.
Please note that our rates and reservation information are as follows:
- Night rate: applicable for nights from Sunday to Friday, excluding public holidays. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for booking.
- Weekend rate: applicable for Saturday nights and holiday eves. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for reservation.
- Rates are progressively discounted starting from the 4th night.
- A 5th sleeping arrangement is possible at an additional cost of 8€ per night.
- Pets are welcome with a fee of 25€ per stay.
We offer flexible arrival days throughout the year except for July and August when arrivals are limited to Sundays.

Nous avons passé un beau séjour à la villa Charlotte. c'est une agréable maison, au calme, joliment décorée et bien équipée à deux pas des commerces et à une dizaines de minutes à pied de la plage.

maison très propre et très bien placée en centre ville mais au calme. Pas besoin de voiture : plage, commerces, golf, la Baule... tout est à proximité, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Belle décoration ! A recommander.
