Description:

Description for B&B:

We are located in the Limousin region, close to two medieval towns and a fascinating tourist area that includes ancient caves, Roman cities, lakes, and rivers for water sports and fishing. Landmarks and major cities are just a half-hour drive away, with easy access to the motorway that is free all the way south to Breve. We are conveniently situated halfway between Paris and Toulouse, making us an ideal stopover or base for exploring central France.

Our rooms are simple and clean, equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, a welcome tray, towels, and work surfaces with connections for your computers and phones. The showers are shared between three rooms, but toilets and showers are also available in the house if needed. We have a strict no-smoking policy, but we provide a smoking shelter in the park, along with tables where smoking is allowed.

Our snack bar is open daily from 10:00 until the last customer is served, and the restaurant is open throughout the day. Breakfast can be enjoyed inside the house or outside in the restaurant. Tents can be reserved for accommodation. The nearby house offers three bedrooms with two double beds and a set of bunk beds, accommodating up to six people. Prices for the house can be found on our website.

Payment can be made by card using the payment page on our website, through PayPal, or by check, direct payment from your phone to our account, or cash. Pets are welcome, but we ask that you take full responsibility for them and their actions. Extra cleaning fees may apply, and we reserve the right to charge a hosting fee. There is usually no charge for pets. Dogs must be kept on a leash for the comfort of other guests, as some may have dog phobias.

We have musical instruments available and occasionally host informal evenings of singing in the house or outside around a fire in the park. Handmade jewelry by Valerie is available for purchase in the snack bar. You are also invited to visit our friendly Icelandic horses, and we have chickens and two cats on the premises. Please note that the cats are not allowed inside the house and the chickens are known for trying to escape.

Parking is available with plenty of space, so there's no need to book in advance. Reservations can be made by phone and confirmed with a deposit (€50 per night or for longer bookings) paid by check or PayPal on our website lescinqroutesbbcom. We speak French and English and can manage a few words in German. For more information, you can contact us through our website, by phone, text, or email. We are excited to welcome you soon.

Description for Gite

Welcome to our accommodation in Central France, conveniently located near two medieval towns and surrounded by a fascinating tourist area. Here, you can explore ancient cave dwellings, Roman towns, and enjoy various water sports and fishing activities in the nearby lakes and rivers. With easy access to the motorway, which is toll-free all the way to Breve in the South, our location makes for an ideal stopover or a base to explore central France.

Our rooms are simple, yet clean, and equipped with Wi-Fi, television, welcome tray, towels, and work surfaces with sockets for your computers and phones. The showers are shared between three bedrooms, with additional toilets and showers available in the house if needed. We have a strict no smoking policy, but provide a designated smokers shelter in the grounds, complete with tables and even an umbrella if necessary. Smoking is also permitted around the grounds and next to the snack bar.

Our snack bar is open all day, starting from around 10 am until the last customer is served. The restaurant is also open throughout the day, and breakfast can be enjoyed either inside the house or in the restaurant. For those who prefer camping, we offer tent reservations as well.

Near the house, we have accommodation with three bedrooms, including two double beds and one set of bunk beds, accommodating up to six people. You can find the prices for our gite on this site. Payment can be made by card using the payment page on our website, through PayPal, by check, or directly from your phone into our account. Cash payments are also accepted.

We understand that pets are part of the family, so we allow pets on the premises. However, we kindly ask that you take full responsibility for them and their actions. Please note that extra cleaning charges may apply, and we reserve the right to make a charge for accommodation. Most of the time, there is no charge for animals. To ensure the comfort of all guests, we request that dogs be kept on a lead, as some guests may have dog phobias. We have had an incident where one dog attacked another, which could have been avoided if both dogs were on leads. Water is always available for dogs near the snack bar.

In the evenings, guests often join in informal singing sessions either inside the house or outside around a fire. We have musical instruments available for use. Additionally, we offer local produce for sale and handcrafted jewelry made by Valerie, which can be found in the snack bar.

Feel free to visit our horses, as they are Icelandic and very gentle. We also have chickens and two cats, who, like the chickens, are not allowed inside the house, but always try to sneak in! Parking space is plentiful, so there is no need to reserve in advance.

To make a booking, you can contact us over the phone and secure your reservation with a deposit (equivalent to one night's stay or 50 euros for longer bookings). Deposits can be paid by check or through PayPal on our website lescinqroutesbb.com. We are fluent in both French and English and can manage a few words in German. For further information, please contact us through our website, phone, text, or email. We eagerly await the opportunity to welcome you soon.
