We are offering three rooms for your consideration:

1. The first room features a spacious bed with a size of 160, complete with an ensuite bathroom that includes a shower and a luxurious balnéo bathtub.

2. The second room is a parental suite, furnished with a comfortable 160-sized bed and an additional mezzanine area with two single beds of 90. This suite also includes a private toilet for your convenience.

3. Lastly, we have a duplex room, which consists of a queen size bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Additionally, there is a cozy lounge area with an additional sleeping arrangement available.

Description for Gite

Valerie welcomes you to her charming 100 sqm cottage, located in the beautiful green valley of the Royal Eure, just a 1 hour and 5 minute drive from Paris and Dreux. This tastefully decorated home combines the traditional charm of a Norman cottage with the modern comforts you desire.

On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living and dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a 160 bed and a sofa, and the other two with 140 beds. There is also a bathroom with a jacuzzi corner bath, shower, and toilet. For your convenience, the cottage is equipped with a color TV, a baby cot, and a high chair.

During your stay, you can enjoy the on-site tennis court, explore the area on bicycles provided by Valerie, or let your children have fun with the available games. There is also a barbecue and garden furniture for outdoor dining. Bed linen and housekeeping services are included, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

Chambre balnéo: belle déco, salle de bains spacieuse et trés sympa; cadre trés agréable et calme, à 2 pas de Dreux; et la propriétaire a soin de rendre votre séjour agréable.
Bref : à recommander +++!

Un endroit calme . Un petit déjeuné exquis . Un parking .Une gérante tés agréable . Une chambres confortable et très jolie ( duplex ) . Mais que demande le peuple !!! Un très bon séjours que je vais surement renouvelé .
