Additionally, you will find yourself in close proximity to the most stunning castles of the Loire Valley, including Langeais, Villandry, Amboise, Chenonceau, Rigny-Ussé, Cheverny, and many more.

Convenience is key, as we are only 1.5 km away from the A10 motorway, providing easy access to Bordeaux, Nantes, Lyon, Paris, and Normandy. This makes us an ideal choice for travelers seeking a central location for exploring various regions of France.

For wine enthusiasts, our farmhouse is situated right on the Val Loire wine route. Additionally, we are situated on the Loire à Vélo, a popular cycling route that allows you to explore the picturesque French countryside on two wheels.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted with warm hospitality in our Balzac room. This comfortable room offers a peaceful view of the surrounding greenery and is equipped with a spacious private bathroom and toilet. The bed measures 160cm and the room itself spans 20 square meters.

Welcome to the Balzac room, offering a delightful view of a lush green area. This spacious room spans an area of 20 m² and includes a delicious complimentary breakfast. The room features a comfortable 160-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a separate WC. Stay connected with our high-speed WiFi. Additionally, guests can enjoy recreational activities like Ping-Pong in our garden. For the safety and privacy of our guests, our garden is enclosed, and we also provide a baby changing mat. Please note that pets are not permitted in our enclosed courtyard, and smoking is prohibited.

Directions

You are currently located 1.5 km away from the A10 motorway. If you are heading towards Bordeaux, Nantes, and Lyon (via the A85), you need to continue in that direction. Alternatively, if your destination is Paris or Normandy (via A28), you should also take the A10.
