Description for B&B:

Come and explore our exquisite manor house with its four guest rooms, including a charming two-room suite. Every room has been thoughtfully and meticulously prepared for your comfort and enjoyment, following our own personal tastes, history, and interests. With a recent renovation, our manor house exudes elegance and refinement.

Located in the enchanting southwest region of Tours, Ballan-Miré is now part of the bustling Tours-Val-de-Loire metropolis. Our location offers a delightful blend of the picturesque Touraine countryside, where nature's serenity intertwines with the timeless beauty of ancient castles and structures.

Immerse yourself in the tranquility of a jog along the Cher riverbank or a leisurely stroll around the stunning Lac des Bretonnières. For those seeking a touch of luxury, indulge in a round of golf at a renowned course adjacent to a more casual one. There are also a plethora of activities within a two-kilometer radius, including horseback riding, disc-golf, tree climbing, and simply enjoying a peaceful walk.

Our family has proudly owned this estate since 1753 when La Fuye was bestowed upon us as a wedding gift. We honor this legacy by continually seeking new ways to utilize and enhance this remarkable domain. The surrounding area is steeped in history, boasting magnificent architecture and breathtaking landscapes, particularly along the wild riverbank of the Loire. Situated on the Tours-Villandry axis and conveniently located near the "Loire à vélo" (Loire by bike) route, our home offers easy access to a dozen extraordinary castles such as Azay-le-Rideau and Langeais. Additionally, you can explore over thirty significant castles including Chenonceau, Amboise, Loches, and Rigny-Ussé. Lastly, you will be in close proximity to a UNESCO World Heritage Site, surrounded by a natural area that we are dedicated to preserving and protecting.
