Located between Beauce and Perche, just 7 km from Illiers-Combray, the charming village that inspired Marcel Proust's childhood memories, and Aunt Léonie's house, our bed and breakfast is ideally situated. Additionally, we are only 3 km away from the source of the Loire River, and a short 15-minute drive from the historic city of Chartres.

Nathalie and Dominique warmly welcome you to our beautifully restored stables, which now house three comfortable and character-filled rooms. Each room features private bathrooms and independent ground floor access, making them easily accessible for guests with reduced mobility.

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing pets and that smoking is strictly prohibited throughout our premises.

Rest assured, your vehicles will be safely parked in our secure closed parking area.

Description for Gite

This fully renovated barn offers a spacious 60 m2 living space. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living/dining room with a high cathedral ceiling, open to a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer, and a flat screen TV. There is also a cozy bedroom with a comfortable 160-sized bed and a bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs, a charming mezzanine area provides two additional beds measuring 90 each.

Outside, you can enjoy a private enclosed patio with a wooden terrace, where you can relax on the provided garden furniture and use the barbecue. There is also convenient parking available. The barn overlooks a closed swimming pool, providing a pleasant view.

For your comfort, the barn is equipped with electric heating. Linen rental and cleaning services are available upon request. Additionally, this accommodation is accessible to individuals with reduced mobility, ensuring everyone can enjoy a comfortable stay.

Originaire dIlliers-Combray et habitant en Bretagne, jai trouvé le gîte parfait pour venir visiter ma famille en Eure-et-Loir. Je vous recommande vivement ce gîte très agréable et au calme. Nathalie, la propriétaire des Logis du Breuil, est une personne dune grande gentillesse et surtout très discrète. Le gîte est très bien équipé, spacieux, que ce soit au niveau de la pièce de vie, de la chambre à coucher et de la salle de bain. Nous avons beaucoup aimé laccès au jardin par la terrasse à labri des regards. Lentrée privative dans la cour du gîte est très rassurante pour garer sa voiture. A lavenir, nous y séjournerons dès que nous reviendrons en Eure-et-Loir.
