Welcome to the peaceful Roseraie, where we offer 2 guest rooms and table d'hôtes. Located in Montipouret 36230, between Seas on Indre and Sarzay, we are conveniently situated 10 km from Nohant and 10 km from La Châtre in the beautiful Vauvre Valley. Immerse yourself in the heart of the black valley and the Angibault mill. Our rates do not include taxes, but breakfast is included.

Our rooms are priced at 62 euros per night, with a 15 euro supplement for a third person in the same room. For single occupancy, the rate is 56 euros. Bikers with motorcycles enjoy a special rate of 55 euros, and pilgrims also benefit from a discounted rate of 55 euros. We offer the possibility of transportation to Sarzay for pilgrims. For extended stays, we offer a weekly rate of 372 euros for 6 nights or 434 euros for 7 nights.

If you would like to dine with us, we offer a meal option for 26 euros (reservation required). Children up to 10 years old can enjoy the meal for 18 euros. Our rooms feature a double bed and a single bed in one room, and a double bed with the option of a cot in the other. Take advantage of our small garden for relaxation. On-site, we have games for both adults and children, as well as books and internet connection.

Within a short distance of 4 km, there are charming and affordable restaurants for lunch. Explore the surrounding hiking trails and discover numerous sites and events worth visiting. We are pet-friendly, subject to certain conditions. Please inquire for more information. Please note that we do not have facilities for disabled access.

Check-in time is at 6 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. We are fluent in French and English, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Directions

To reach Mers-sur-Indre from the village of Sarzay, drive in the direction of Mers-sur-Indre for 4 km. Once you arrive at the threshold panel, turn left onto the first road. The road is located 200 m away.
To return to Sarzay from Mers-sur-Indre, drive for 3 km in the direction of Sarzay. The 5th road on the right is the one you need to take.
