Directions

To get to the property from Le Mans, take A28 until you reach the exit for Neuillé Pont-Pierre. Continue on this road until you reach Semblançay, where you will find D48 in the direction of Pernay. After crossing with D959, the property will be on your left after 2 kilometers.

From Paris, take A6 and then A10 until you reach exit 19. Follow the signs for Angers and take N138, which will lead you to D959.

If you are coming from the south, take A10 and exit at Sainte Radegonde. Follow the signs for Angers and take N138, which will lead you to D959.

After driving for 7 kilometers past La Membrolle sur Choisille, turn left onto D48. After 2 kilometers, the property will be on your left.
