This description is for a cozy vacation rental located in a peaceful and urban residential area, right next to the owner's house. The ground floor features a spacious living room that includes a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a convenient WC with a washbasin and a linen room. On the upper floor, you will find a comfortable first bedroom with a double bed (140) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90). Additionally, there is a mezzanine area with a convertible sofa that can be used as an extra bed for one person. The bathroom on this floor comes with a WC. The gîte offers WIFI internet connection.The living room opens up to a private outdoor area of 100 m², which includes a terrace, garden furniture, and deckchairs. There are two parking spaces available, one in front of the gîte and another in the owner's courtyard, who resides next door. Guests also have access to the owner's heated swimming pool, which is located on their property and faces the terrace of their house. Please note that the pool is shared and available for use from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
The rental price is all-inclusive and covers sheets, towels, pool towels, tea towels, heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning. The only additional charge is the tourist tax. The swimming pool is open from May to September. Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.
